PURPOSE: Provided is a rice grinder by a punching net which perfectly eliminates chaffs adhered to polished rice in the wake of polishing and grinding in high brilliance to raise storage property of rice so that it helps to produce high quality rice. CONSTITUTION: In the dry grinder which includes a drive axis(9) to use external power, a transfer screw(2) and a stirring roller(5) to rotate and transfer grains to an insertion hole for raw materials and eliminates white powders on the surface of polished rice and gives brilliance, the rice grinder by the punching net is characterized by punching a rectangular hole to form the punching net(3) wherein a projection part is placed at the lower part of the rectangular punching net.
