<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transporter forced expression vector for organ infections useful for supplying various kinds of the organs with a substance transportation function which the organs do not have essentially, promoting intake and transportation of useful substances such as a medicine, a nutrient substance, to the organs or discharge and transportation of discharged substances, as the like, from the organs, and to provide a method for promoting a substance transportation in various kinds of the organs using the vector. SOLUTION: An adenovirus vector capable of directly expressing a gene orally in organisms of many species such as human, mouse, in vitro, expressing the gene in a cell system or an organism organ in high efficiency and transiently expressing the gene is used as an expression vector for a transporter gene such as OAT1, PEPT1 and a model cell of small intestine is transformed. When the transportation of a medicine is examined by using the model cell, discharge and transportation ability of the medicine is promoted.</p> |
