PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion-less packing in which restriction of an article to be packaged is sufficient due to heat shrinkage of a shrink film. SOLUTION: The shrink film 22 in which a large number of pin points are provided or adhesive 17 is applied at a predetermined position of a back side in a dotted or spiral manner is inserted from an opening part 16 in a packaging box 10 with a top flat in an unsealed condition, and adhered to an inner bottom surface 12 of the packaging box and/or a part of an inner surface 14 of a side wall, and the article 18 placed on the non-adhesive surface side of the film adhered to the inside of the box is integrally restricted in the packaging box by heat shrinkage of the film.
