PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a disposable wearing article using a means for sealing a ground web or a means for improving the air permeability of the ground web while cutting the elastic body. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a disposable article comprises a first process for applying an adhesive to at least one of first and second webs, a second process for holding the elastic body between the first and second webs to form a composite web comprising the first and second webs and the elastic body, and a third process for temporarily fusing a part of at least one of the first and second webs and a part of the elastic body to reduce the shrinkage force of the elastic body at the respective parts, or cutting.
