PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in moldability at low temperature, transparency and impact resistance and having slight lowering of transparency even when styrene-butadiene block copolymer or polystyrene is compounded therein and a sheet thereof, a heat-shrinkable film or a heat-shrinkable tube. SOLUTION: This resin composition consists essentially of a copolymer resin composition characterized in that the composition is composed of a copolymer resin of a styrene-based monomer with a (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer and a graft copolymer and Vicat softening point of the composition is 20-90 deg.C and MFR of the composition is 2-15 g/10 min and weight-average molecular weight of the copolymer resin is 200,000 to 500,000 and refractive index thereof is 1.550 to 1.580 and the difference of refractive indices of the copolymer resin and the graft copolymer is 0.005 to 0.038. This sheet, this heat shrinkable film or this heat-shrinkable tube is composed of the resin composition.
