PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure coated with a hydrophilic surface treating composition having excellent anti-pollution property, and products such as a building material, civil engineering material, heavily corrosion preventive material, and car having a sealing part excellent in anti-pollution property. SOLUTION: In this sealing structure, a film is formed on a sealing material, and the film is a composition containing an organic metal compound represented by formula (1): XbM(OR1)aR2c (wherein (a) is an integer of 0-6, (b) is an integer of 0-5, (c) is an integer of 0-6 (but, a+b+c>=3, and (a) and (c) are not zero at the same time); X, R1, and R2 are each an organic group which may contain oxygen, nitrogen, fluorine and/or chlorine, or hydrogen; M is a metal atom having not lower than 3 valences, R1 may contain a siloxane residue, and R2 has a capacity of chelating), and a co-oligomer comprising an oligomer of the organic metal compound or at least two kinds of the organic metal compound, and a product containing the sealing structure.
