PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the work efficiency so as to shorten the work time and lessen a worker's burden by easily and surely laying and collecting pallets. SOLUTION: This pallet carrier C for laying and collecting the pallet P to an object flat surface S is provided with a base frame 10 having a storing part 11 capable of storing plural pallets P in a stacking state, a traveling device 20 for moving the base frame in the object flat surface S, and a lift device 30 for lifting the pallets P from the object flat surface S, stacking the same in the storing part 11, and lowering the pallets P in the storing part 11 on the object flat surface S and pulling down the stacking stage.
