PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is excellent in folding processability and thermoforming properties, can be laminated on a base material of a complex three-dimensional shape, and can produce a decorative material excellent in various surface physical properties including solvent resistance, chemical resistance, surface hardness, and scratch resistance and the decorative material using the sheet. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet, a transparent or translucent amorphous polyester resin layer 12 and a transparent or translucent amorphous crystalline polyester resin layer 13 are laminated in turn on a base material sheet 11 of a polyolefin resin or a thermoplastic resin such as an amorphous polyester resin. The decorative material is obtained by laminating the decorative sheet on the three-dimensional base material preferably by a vacuum forming method.
