PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting body for a pot which is freely and flatly foldable. SOLUTION: The supporting body 1 for a pot comprises a plurality of supports 2 and a plurality of holding frames 3 which link the supports 2 to each other over several stages and hold them with a constant space between themselves. Connecting members 4 for connecting the supports 2 to the holding frames 3 are attached on the supports 2, and engaging members 30 for engaging the connecting members 4 are attached to the holding frames 3 in a rotatable manner so that the supporting body 1 for pot can be expanded or folded. Further, adjusters 5 for adjusting the size of a holding frame 3 are attached on it.
