TREATING APPARATUS FOR WASTE COMBUSTION GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which efficiently decomposes dioxins in the waste combustion gas of an incineration furnace using a low-temperature dioxins decomposing agent, and prevents the elution of the heavy metals in flying ash. SOLUTION: This treating device for the waste combustion gas includes a gas cooler which cools the waste gas containing the flying ash and incineration ash emitted from the incineration furnace to the prescribed temperature; a dust collector for treating the emission gas from this gas cooler and separating the flying ash and incineration ash included therein; a contaminated medium treating agent supplying device for supplying the contaminated medium treating agent to the emission gas from the incineration to the gas cooler and/or the emission gas from the gas cooler; and a kneading device for adding water and/or a heavy metal elution preventive agent to the flying ash and incineration ash emitted from the dust collector and kneading the mixture.
