PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mold for cast molding of slurry, and its manufacturing method, wherein shortening of a manufacturing period of a resin mold for cast molding of slurry, reduction of a molding cost and standardization of an operation requiring skill can be carried out. SOLUTION: For the resin mold for cast molding of a slurry which is equipped with a resin-made porous filter layer, a reinforcing layer provided on a peripheral surface side of the resin-made porous filter layer and a form for supporting the reinforcing layer, the resin-made porous filter layer has a hallow passage for passing water or air inside, and the hollow passage is formed by cutting work.
