PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover of an integrated circuit for a game machine to protect a terminal of an integrated circuit disposed on a control substrate of the game machine and a game machine, on which an integrated circuit for a game machine, to which the cover is mounted, is mounted. SOLUTION: Each of external terminals 53 of an LSI 51 is inserted into a through hole formed in an integrated circuit mount part 61 of a cover 60, while an upper engaging projection 62a of the upper part of a sidewall 62 of the cover 60 and an upper engaging projection 63a of the upper part of a sidewall 63 of the cover 60 are engaged with ends of the upper surface of the LSI 53, respectively, to prevent the LSI 51 from falling down from the cover 60. Since the forward end of each of the external terminals 53 is not exposed from the lower ends of a front wall 64 and a rear wall, the terminal 53 can be protected.
