PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for a waterproof sheet permitting to effectively avoid risk of the spread of fire by leaping flames and the like and of smoking, and a bonded structure of the waterproof sheet using the same. SOLUTION: The adhesive for a waterproof sheet comprises 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of a chloroprene-based adhesive, and incorporated therewith, 3-10 pts.wt. of magnesium oxide and 3-100 pts.wt. of aluminum hydroxide and/or magnesium hydroxide. The bonded structure comprises a layer of the adhesive.
