PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo receiving platform elevating device preventing wear of a ground contacting part and flawing of a floor face of a cargo receiving platform. SOLUTION: A slider 6 elevatingly moves with respect to a column 2. In a state of the ground contacting part 6a of the slider 6 contacting the ground, a tilt bracket 8 journalled to the slider 6 can be tilted and by this tilting, the cargo receiving platform is tilted.
