PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image efficiently by preventing generation of copy failure without the need of excessively increasing the memory capacity of a page buffer for providing advantage in terms of the cost. SOLUTION: This device has a memory capacity for storing image data for the timing difference for transferring images of each color formed on photosensitive drums of Y, M, C and K colors for Y, M, C and K color buffers, is provided so as to be controlled such that the paper feeding operation is started only in the case all the image data to be printed are provided on the Y, M, C and K color buffers. |
