PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tear line molding method for a urethane surface material that can realize high precision, high quality, low molding cost and the like. SOLUTION: Before a urethane film 12 molded over a molding surface 21 of a surface molding die 20 starts to set, a tear line molding member 26 of a tear line contour shape is projected to a required depth from the rear surface of the urethane film 12. The projecting state of the tear line molding member 26 is maintained until the urethane film 12 sets up. After the urethane film 12 sets up, the tear line molding member 26 is separated from the urethane surface material 10 thus molded, to mold a tear line of the required depth in the rear surface of the urethane surface material 10. |
