<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a crack or the attachment of dross of a machined part with a simple method. SOLUTION: In the laser beam machining with which a work W is irradiated with a laser beam L, the time duration of one time of irradiation of the laser beam on the same point is made shorter than the case where a point is machined at a time, by irradiating the same point with the laser beam L at least twice by scanning the laser beam L or by moving the work W and spirally and gradually deepening the machined part. Thus, the temperature rise of the machined part is suppressed, the thermal expansion is decreased, and the stress applied at the machined part is made small.</p> |
