PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shock absorbing performance and degree of freedom for designing layout and to stably keep a shock absorbing function over a long period by eliminating the fear of weld cracking and the like. SOLUTION: A first steering shaft 13 and a second steering shaft 15 are connected to each other by a single constant velocity universal joint 17, and a bellows 9 made of metal is fitted to the upper end of the second steering shaft 15 to be caulked and fixed to an outer joint member 1 of the constant velocity universal joint 17. |
