PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for improving cool feeling effect, capable of improving the cool feeling effect and further keeping the effect, and particularly obtain a composition for improving the cool feeling effect, capable of imparting the cool feeling effect to hair when used after cleansing head by using shampoo without containing a cool feeling substance or containing only a small amount of cool feeling substance and capable of keeping the cool feeling effect. SOLUTION: This composition for improving cool feeling effect comprises a cool feeling substance and a cationic surfactant. A composition obtained by further formulating the above composition with a vanillylalkyl ether (wherein alkyl group is a 1-6C alkyl group) is also effective as the composition for improving the cool feeling effect.
