SOLUTION: This swingable and spraying prevention machinery 1 is constituted by supporting the swingable case D swinging around the nearly vertical axis center P by utilizing the water current of discharging water, by a bearing case 10 so as to be freely swingable, and installing a discharging body 14 installed in the side part of the swingable case D, having a nearly right-angled swinging range from the nearly vertical direction to the nearly horizontal direction, and swinging round a nearly horizontal swinging axis center Q.
