PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin component directly fitted to the opening section of a resin fuel tank and capable of reliably preventing the permeation of fuel. SOLUTION: A connecting member 40 is formed with a resin material (adhesive) having adhesiveness. The connecting member is provided with a cover section 41, a tube section 42, and a wall section 43, annular projections 46-48 are formed on the inner face of the cover section, and a plurality of grooves 45 are formed at a corner section. A resin component body 30 is integrally molded with a resin material (barrier material) having a melting point higher than that of the adhesive and having a barriering property for preventing the permeation of fuel. The connecting member is molded so that part of the resin component main body is covered with the connecting member, and the resin component body is connected to the fuel tank 20 so that the opening section of the resin fuel tank 20 is surrounded by the connecting member.
