PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet after-processing device capable of providing a favourable stacking property on a loading tray even when curling is caused on a sheet in case of discharging the sheet to the loading tray from a processing tray. SOLUTION: Upward curling in parallel with the carrier direction is given to the sheet by guiding the sheet to be carried on the processing tray 18 not on a placing surface of the processing tray but on an upper end part of matching plates 19a, 19b by moving the matching plates 19a, 19b to a center of the processing tray 18 so that an interval between them becomes smaller than width of the sheet to be discharged in case of singly discharging the sheet without carrying out after-processing in constitution to extrude and discharge the sheet placed on the processing tray 18 to the loading tray provided below in the sheet carrying direction of the processing tray 18 by making extruding pieces 25, 25 of extruding mechanisms 22, 22 contact with a roughly central part of a rear end of the sheet.
