PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container capable of holding a small-sized storing item of which motion can not be restricted by an external container at its specified attitude without play and further capable of storing rapidly items into the external container. SOLUTION: This packaging container is constituted of an external container 1 having a soft characteristic through which its content can be seen and a base sheet 2 stored inside the external container 1 and provided with a folding piece 6. One end of each of stored items 3, 4 stored in the external container 1 together with the base sheet 2 is restricted by the folding piece 6, and the other end of each of stored items 3, 4 is restricted by an inner surface of the end segment of the external container 1.
