PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trim lower from dropping by the screwing action of a screw when it is fitted to an inner panel. SOLUTION: A fitting piece section 9 is formed on an armrest lower section 7 formed on the upper section side of the trim lower 3, and a fitting hole 9a inclined downward against the inner panel 10 is formed on the fitting piece section 9. A through-hole 10a facing the fitting hole 9a is formed on the inner panel 10, and a grommet 11 is inserted into it. A screw 12 inserted into the fitting hole 9a is screwed to the grommet 11, and the armrest lower section 7 is fastened and fitted to the inner panel 10 together with a trim upper 2. A projection 2a is formed on the trim upper 2 to abut on the grommet 11 so that the movement of the armrest lower section 7 against the inner panel 10 by the screw 12 is regulated when the armrest lower section 7 is fitted to the inner panel 10.
