PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer resin stretched film having high gas barrier properties, excellent printability as a packaging material of a food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or the like, information recognizability by an optical equipment such as a bar code or the like, excellent tearability and light shielding properties. SOLUTION: The multilayer resin stretched film (i) comprises a printable front surface stretched after a front surface layer (A) made of a thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic fine powder and/or an organic filler of 8 to 80 wt.% and a thermoplastic resin of 92 to 20 wt.% and a rear surface layer (A'), an adhesive resin layer (B) made of a modified polyolefin and a gas barrier layer (C) made of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer sequentially laminated in the order of (A)/(B)/(C)/(B)/(A') from the outermost layer and having an opacity of 70% or more. In this case, an oxygen permeability of the film (i) is 50 cc/m2.24 hr.atm or less.
