PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate in which respective laminated layers are rigidly adhered to each other. SOLUTION: The resin laminate 1 comprises a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer layer 10, and a polyurethane layer 20 laminated on the layer 10. An adhesive strength improver having a polar group is added to the layer 10. An inorganic/organic ratio of the improver is 0.5 or more.
