PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fixture mounting/removing tool to work favorably with a DUP dry masonry method whereby the bodies of bricks or concrete blocks are consolidated together using fastening tool. SOLUTION: The metal fixture mounting/removing tool is configured so that a fit hole 3 for a nut is formed at the forefront face of the body 1 of mounting/removing tool, and behind the hole 3, a retainer 13 is installed capable of holding a fastening bolt pinchedly, and screwing dimension setting means 5, 6, 9 to set the screwing dimensions of the bolt 25 held by the retainer are provided at the periphery of the body of mounting/removing tool.
