PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase tire productivity. SOLUTION: A rubber sheet 11 and a carcass ply 6A are wrapped around a cylindrical molding drum F. At least a rubber sheet squeeze-out part 12a where the rubber sheet 11 is squeezed out, is formed outside the axial direction from the bead core 5 by extrapolating the annular bad core 5 at positions distant from each other inside the axial direction from both side edges of the rubber sheet 11. A side wall rubber SG is formed by folding back the rubber sheet squeeze-out part 12a around the bead core 5.
