PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed method for a solid industrial waste and a feed device capable of continuously feeding the solid industrial waste and efficiently feeding the solid industrial waste. SOLUTION: In this feed device of the solid industrial waste, the solid industrial waste introduced from one end of an extrusion tube 2 is pushed out from the extrusion tube 2 using a screw 3 and is discharged through a chute 14 provided at the other end of the extrusion tube 2, thereby, the solid industrial waste is fed. The feed device is provided with water feed means 12, 15, 17, 18 in the chute 14. According to this invention, when the solid industrial waste is pushed out by the screw 3 while water is fed into the chute 14, the solid industrial waste easily slides in the chute 14 and a closing in the chute 14 is sufficiently prevented when the solid industrial waste is discharged through the chute 14. Whereby, a continuous feed of the solid industrial waste becomes possible and the solid industrial waste can be fed efficiently.
