PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost aseptic thawing apparatus having an excellent advantage of a conventional technique capable of thawing a material to be thawed while always keeping the surface of the material in a state of 0 deg.C by covering the surface of the material to be thawed with frost, thawing the material in an aseptic state and omitting time or labor for washing the inside of a thawing chamber after use. SOLUTION: Aseptic thawing apparatuses 6 are arranged in the thawing chamber. The aseptic thawing apparatuses 6 generate highly germicidal fine water particles having a low pH value by crashing saturated steam jetted from steam jetting nozzles 11a into tapered surfaces 12b of reflection chips 12 and breaking the steam. The highly germicidal fine water particles are sprayed in the thawing chamber to sterilize bacteria and stains suspending in air and attached to the inner wall of the thawing chamber and to disinfect bacteria attached to the surface of the material to be thawed.
