PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device adoptable to a vehicular seat regardless of its mounting position. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a slide base provided on a vehicular floor side so as to slide in a fore and aft direction, turntables rotatably supported by the slide base and supporting the seat, and an interlocking mechanism interlocking a sliding movement of the slide base and rotating movements of the turntables. The interlocking mechanism is composed of a connecting shaft 23b and 32b provided on the turntables 23 and 33, guide rollers 25 and 35, and guide plates 26 and 36 attached on a vehicular floor side to guide the guide rollers 25 and 35, and it can be arranged in a lower face side of the vehicular seat 11 in a state of assembly.
