PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper capable of easily gathering water on a drained surface even if a wiper blade is worn out. SOLUTION: This wiper has a flat wiper blade having a prescribed length, a head body forming a head to which the wiper blade is mounted, and a head holder holding the head body and with which a handle is linked, and the head body is in the shape of a bar as a whole, the head holder has a flange portion threadedly engaged with a part of the head body from the side for holding, and the head can rotate within a prescribed range of angle around the longitudinal shaft center of the head body in a state of being held by the flange portion in relation to the head holder.
