PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently flexible resin composition; and a molded product or a laminated product made from the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A), a thermoplastic elastomer (B), particularly a polyurethane resin or a polyester resin and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (C). The molded product or the laminated product can be made from the composition.
