PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension control device capable of improving the controllability especially in a resonance frequency band on a spring by considering a phase difference by the spring force or the like and capable of obtaining the damping characteristic close to the sky hook damper theory. SOLUTION: A phase adjusting filter 13 and a gain adjusting filter 14 are provided, and the upper and the lower acceleration M is advanced by 49 degree near a resonance point of a car body, and a phase difference of the upper and the lower acceleration M in relation to the relative velocity is set at 180 degree so that the relative velocity and the phase coincide with each other. At a point near the resonance point (1 Hz) of the car body, a gain of the estimated relative velocity is reduced, and in a band except for the point near the resonance point of the car body, a gain of the estimated relative velocity is increased so as to generate the signal D. At a point 20 near the resonance point of the car body, a large value of a coefficient E is obtained, and the controlled variable near the resonance point of the car body 20 is increased, and the controlled variable at a high frequency side is decreased, and the damping force is adjusted in response to the increased and decreased controlled variable so as to improve the comfortableness of riding near the resonance point (1 Hz) of the car body.
