PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of shortening a machining time, enhancing a cutter life, shortening a tip setting time, and cutting expenses required for a cutter. SOLUTION: This cutting device is equipped with at least two or more cutters 10, 11, 12, 13, and a revolving holder 2 to cut a material to be cut by each of the cutters 10, 11, 12, 13 by mounting each of the cutters 10, 11, 12, 13 so as to press it on to the material to be cut from a confronting position adjusted to a predetermined reference surface.
