PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest capable of receiving the head of a passenger reliably without degrading appearance while improving workability and reducing cost. SOLUTION: As for the headrest, the inside of a cover material (4) nearly like a bag is filled with fill (20), a nearly U-shaped frame member (6) is housed there and both of the stay parts (7) of the frame member are exposed. In the headrest, a connection frame member (10) bridging the frame members and having a projection part (16) inside of the cover material is provided at the bottom (8) of the headrest (1).
