PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table with portable chairs where four persons can sit down easily at respective seats at the diagonal positions of the table surrounding the table, a space per a single person is large and there is a space adjacent to each seat part of the table to enable a standing person to approach the table to cook, etc. SOLUTION: In the table with the portable chairs provided with foldable chair legs 9 used as the leg parts of the table 8 in common, the legs 9 are provided with seat parts 21 arranged at a chair seat frame 19 by four seats in total with each seat at each diagonal position of the table 8, a pair of guide members 24 which are provided on the rear surfaces of the seat parts and parallel to the moving direction of the frame 19 when opening and closing a half case, a pair of the first supporting legs 27 whose base tip parts are supported rotatably and pivotally by inner end parts at the seat parts in the neighborhood of the guide members, and a pair of the second legs 29 which are supported rotatably and pivotally crossing with the first supporting legs, which are foldable in parallel to the first supporting legs with their base end parts guided by the guide members and which are supported by the outer end parts of the seat parts guided by the guide members when the legs are opened.
