PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for walking a dog, solving problems that a conventionally established belt for walking a dog causes a shoulder stiffness and an inflammation of a tendon sheath, a keeper is slow in a sudden response since the hands are occupied with a belt and an umbrella in a rainy day, the umbrella is fanned by a strong wind and dangerous, a keeper carrying an umbrella with one hand has difficulty in a dung treatment to be a social subject and a keeper keeping a plural number of dogs often walks without tying dogs to bother other walkers. SOLUTION: A dog is tied to a human waist belt by taking a point that a dog is conscious of the relationship between a keeper and a dog and does not produce a willful action in a dog's habit when tied into consideration. The belt is further provided with a plurality of preliminary holders to reduce the load of human body. A dung treating tool is carried and an umbrella is opened at ease. Since a keeper can walk with tying a plural number of dogs to the belt, the belt dissolves trouble to others.
