DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SCALING FOR COOKING POT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the life of a cooking pot by eliminating a potential difference occurring at a hot water tub with jetting of steam as for the cooking pot made to jet a part of the steam for heating into boiling water so as to vertically uniformize the temperature of a hot water channel for boiling a small fish. SOLUTION: The cooking pot is obtained by partitioning the inside of a hot water tub made of stainless steel with a partition to feed the material for dried fish into the boiling water flowing through the hot water channel to boil the material while it flows with the boiling water. A steam pipe whose one end is connected to a steam source is provided at the bottom of the partition and many small holes opening toward a bottom surface are bored at the steam pipe along the longitudinal direction. Many connection electrodes are scattered on the outer surface of the water tub and the connection electrodes are connected to each other through a copper wire to ground to equalize the potential of the whole hot water tub.
