PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching unit capable of moving a bundle of matched transfer materials to an after-treatment position without causing turbulence of a matching state and an image forming device furnished with it. SOLUTION: One sheet side edge truing-up member 55 of a pair of the sheet side edge truing-up member 55, 56 is furnished with a base part 55A to slide along a transfer material supporting surface 74 of an intermediate tray 53 and a sheet side edge truing-up wall part 55C to face against a side surface in the width direction of the transfer material by erecting from this base part 55A. Additionally, the other sheet side edge truing-up member 56 of a pair of the sheet side edge truing-up members 55, 56 is devised to be assembled on the base part 55A of the one sheet side edge truing-up member 55 free to slide to change an interval with the sheet side edge truing-up wall part 55C of the one sheet side edge truing-up member 55.
