PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably hold a sheet member in order to reliably transmit the rotation of a rotary shaft to a core. SOLUTION: Roll holders 30A and 30B for holding both side surfaces of a sheet 35 wound around the core 36 are fixed to a circumferential surface of a tubular body 25. A rubber hollow body 10 which is inflated by filling air is provided in the tubular body 25, and four split pressing members 18 are added to a circumferential surface of the hollow body 10. A pin 19 is embedded in the pressing members 18, and the pin is advanced outward of the tubular body 25 from a sliding hole 25a in the tubular body 25 and pressed against the core 36 by the inflation of the hollow body 10.
