PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermographic slip for delivery which is oriented for the saving of energy and resources and is of such a type that a required number, that is, more than one piece, of reproduction slips can be easily manufactured according to necessity. SOLUTION: This thermographic slip for delivery includes heat-sensitive members (A) and (B) and an image-receiving member (C). In addition, the heat- sensitive members (A) and (B) are each made up of a base sheet having a thermal color development layer or a developer layer on the surface and a thermal transfer layer on the back. The image-receiving member (C) comprises the base sheet having the thermal color developing layer or the developer layer on the surface and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back and a release paper arranged opposite to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The thermal transfer layer on the back of the heat-sensitive member (A) and the thermal color development layer or the developer layer on the surface of the image receiving member (C) are arranged opposite to each other and these opposed three end parts are bonded with paste in the shape of a bag. Further, at least one (B) of the heat-sensitive members (A) and (B) is included in the bag shape.
