PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for delivering a liquid having an improve accuracy of liquid delivery, by eliminating influence of change in the level of a liquid in a reservoir on the amount of the delivered liquid. SOLUTION: According to this apparatus, a pressure adjustment opening 11 for forming the standard liquid level that can keep the pressure in a bump chamber 3 before delivery constant regardless of the influence of the level of the liquid in a reservoir 6, so that the pump chamber 3, is kept constant in volume to enable the bump to delivery a liquid in a high accuracy. |
