PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a CO selective oxidation catalyst that is capable of selectively oxidizing the carbon monoxide in gas even if moisture is included. SOLUTION: A process step of preparing the catalyst by depositing an active metal on a carrier, a process step of preparing a base material for catalyst deposition by applying this catalyst to the base material, a process step of subjecting the carrier to silane treatment, a process step of subjecting the catalyst to the silane treatment, a process step of dispersing 'Teflon (R)' into the catalyst, a process step fro subjecting the base material to the silane treatment and a process step of subjecting the base material for catalyst deposition to the silane treatment are included in the method of manufacturing the CO selecting oxidation catalyst. |
