PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt-modifying agent, modified asphalt, a mixture of modified asphalt and a paving method of the modified asphalt which can improve toughness and tenacity without damaging workability and elevating manufacturing cost, controls phase separation between asphalt and the modifying agent and can make durability excellent by improving adhesion to an aggregate. SOLUTION: An asphalt-modifying agent comprises an elastomer and a (meth) acrylic resin as essential components wherein the ratio of the (meth)acrylic resin to 1.0 pt.wt. of the elastomer is 0.1-1.5 pts.wt.
