PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration controlled cutting tool capable of heightening vibration control effect with a simple construction. SOLUTION: This vibration controlled cutting tool 30 comprises a tool body 31 equipped with a throwaway tip 40 at its tip 31a, a holding hole 35 bored from the base end 31b of the tool body 31 toward the tip 31a, a hollow member 45 of a super hard material embedded in the tool body 31 by being inserted in the holding hole 35, a gel damper material 48 filled in the hollow part 46 of the hollow member 45, and a plug 50 to cover the base part 35a of the holding hole 35 after the damper material 48 is filled, and the vibration of the throwaway tip 40 is damped by the hollow member 45 and the damper material 48.
