PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment winding NC traverser device devised not to cause winding turbulence by correcting a change of a drum position at the time of aligning and winding a wire rod on a drum. SOLUTION: A drum position detection device HS to measure a position of the drum 30 of a drum winding device AG is provided and the drum position detection device HS is connected to a control device NC by a signal conductor L3 and the control device NC has a function to correct a wire rod supply position in a alignment and winding of a wire rod supply device TV in accordance with a signal from the drum position detection device HS on the alignment winding NC traverser device NCT constituted of the drum winding device AG to wind the wire rod F on the winding drum 30, the wire rod supply device TV to supply, align and wind the wire rod F on the winding drum 30 and the control device NC to control a wire rod supply position of the wire rod supply device TV.
