PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyor device capable of reducing work labor when replacing a carrier belt. SOLUTION: One side plate 254 of the belt conveyor device 250 is formed in a size allowing attachment/detachment of the carrier belt 276. The other side plate 256 is rotatably connected with a frame 260 by a hinge 282. The other side plate 256 is provided with a lifting means comprising a support 284, a block 286 and a tension bolt 29. Therefore, when the tension bolt 292 is rotated in a screwing direction, the block 286 is pulled to ward the support 284 side and the other side plate 256 is rotated around the hinge 282 and the one side plate 254 side is floated and thereby the worn carrier belt 276 can be replaced with a new one.
