PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mixing of hairs or the like into sludge when the sludge is converted into a compost in a small scale treatment plant. SOLUTION: A screen is formed with a punching metal and two stages of an outer cylindrical screen and an inner cylindrical screen are provided in a conventional hair-collecting device. At the same time, the diameter of each hole of the punching metal is enlarged so as to prevent clogging by dust. Further, a cylindrical net is installed, and the hair collecting device is made into a by-path or parallel system. Thereby, even when one of the paths is clogged, it is possible to continuously operate by changing the clogged path to the other path by the switching operation of a motor operated valve based on a pressure sensor.
