PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soil having >=3% content of fine-grained material such as clay or silt and originated in the field and incapable of spraying by engineering method for spraying by air force feed method in natural state as sprayable material regardless of kind, state, etc., of soil originated in the field and provide an engineering method for blowing the above material to slope by air force feed, capable of quickly spraying to the slope without making the material adhere to a material hose. SOLUTION: The method for producing a material for spraying to slope is characterized by mixing soil originated in the field and having >=3% content of fine-grained material such as clay or silt with short fiber obtained by crushing vegetable fiber into powder size or <=0.5 cm size, as necessary adding water thereto and stirring the mixture so as be liquidized by a mixer. This engineering method for blowing the above material to slope by air force feed is characterized by discharging the material spraying to the slope from the mixer, etc., feeding the material to a sprayer by a carrying means such as a belt conveyer and blowing the material from the sprayer through the material hose to a prescribed slope.
